I’m so excited to share some of my wedding photos with you! As a Scarves.net Girl, you can bet your bottom dollar that I dolled my bridesmaids up with scarves. They wore lovely French blue dresses from a dressmaker on Etsy, and I got my bridesmaids yellow scarves — our other wedding color.  Because we had a fall outdoor wedding, I gave them each a Haven Fringe Scarf, the softest and warmest scarf I’ve ever felt.

I love this photo! The colors of the dress, scarf, and flowers look great. I was in love with all the flower bouquets. I wanted them to have a “just-picked look,”  and I think they really did.

I had a perfect morning getting ready with my bridesmaids. It was so nice having girl time with my closest gals. Notice my cousin Rachel looking sassy in her Haven Fringe Scarf. Oh, and my MOH, Karin, assisting beautifully!

I just love wedding detail shots. No one knew the photographer was taking this photo, but it’s gorgeous! The yellow rosettes I gave my bridesmaids to wear on their dresses matched their scarves perfectly.

At our ceremony site I hung yards and yards of homemade pennant banners. They matched the blue and yellow the bridesmaids wore. They were such a whimsical and romantic touch to the ceremony decor.

Just married! Here we’re waiting to go into the reception. The boys’ grey tuxes looked great with the blue and yellow!

I decided to have a basket of pashmina scarves for our guests in case they got chilly. I rolled up each scarf and tied them with ribbons. A little chalkboard sign let guests know the scarves were “for keeps.” I think these scarves were the hit of the night! They were all snatched up so quickly, and several guests told me they loved the thoughtful favors.

Our wedding was the best day of my life. It was a lot of work planning all the details, but it was so worth it in the end.
